Get all fired up with Porthcawl's Fire and Water Festival

Get fired up with a day and night of family fun in Porthcawl this Saturday. Enjoy a whole day of beachside activities before taking in the sparkling firework displays above! Watch professional fire performers dance, juggle and even eat fire!27th October, Sandy Bay, Porthcawl. Free.

Jump with fright at Jump Jam's bouncing bonanza

Jump with fright at Jump Jam's Halloween Fright Night extravaganza! Bob for apples, crawl for sweets and wrap the mummy, all to the sounds of Jump Jam's Spooktacular music. Prizes for the best dressed. Jumpers can expect an evening full of fun and games with prizes to be won throughout - including best dressed!27th Oct, 5pm-9pm.

Enjoy some friendly frights with Casper the friendly ghost

Keep little ones entertained with a screening of everyone's favourite ghost. Porthcawl's Grand Pavilion will be screening Casper the Friendly Ghost for one showing only to celebrate the Halloween week ahead - the perfect way to relax before the trick or treats begin.29th October, 1.30pm, Tickets £4.

Get stuck in with SeaQuest's Half Term activities

Seaquest will be hosting a whole week of family fun this half term! Learn to make your own beach shelter, take on an epic seaside survival session and get involved in a family beach clean blitz to top it all off! Hunt for pumpkins in Parc Slip Nature Reserve

Hunt for pumpkins around Parc Slip Nature Reserve this half term, where a selection of self-guided trails will lead visitors to their ghoulish prizes and surprises! Treat yourself to some spooky snacks in the visitor centre cafe afterwards. Parc Slip Visitor Centre 29th - 31st October, 11am- 3pm. £2 per child, Suitable for age 6+.

Get ready to party at the Porthcawl Grand Pavilion!

Grab your cauldrons and throw on your capes for an afternoon of mayhem at Porthcawl's Grand Pavilion this Halloween. Little witches, monsters, ghouls and goblins can party 'til they drop, with a spooky disco, fun-filled party games and lots of competitions. Adults will also love the bar available, full of tricks and treats!Wednesday, 31st October, 1pm and 4pm sessions.

Make your own lantern for the Festival of lights

Dig out your gloves, button up your coats and join the annual Festival of Lights extravaganza! Get ready for a circus fire display, vibrant music and magical lantern parade from Carnegie House to Newbridge Fields. 2nd Nov, 5pm-8pm

Coney Beach Firework Display

Watch the fireworks sparkle over the sea from Coney Beach this November. Keep warm by the bonfire from 4pm, grab a sparkler and munch on a toffee apple during a whole night of bright lights and sparkling displays! Coney beach,3rd November, 4pm - 11pm.

Take an Autumnal walk through Bryngarw Park

Discover the Autumn colours and abundant fruits in Bryngarw this November with a seasonal walk through the park. Join the creatures who live in the park and learn all about them with your very own ranger guide.
4th Nov, 10:30am - 12pm, £3 per person.
