Take on epic running trails with the Merthyr Mawr Rabbit Run: July 19th
Yet another gem in the South Wales sporting event calendar - The Rabbit Run is a challenging 12K trail through the beautiful Merthyr Mawr Estate, taking in the hills, dunes and riverbanks of this stunning area, including a tumble down the Big Dipper sand dune, thought to be the highest sand dune in Wales! This year, runners will have the chance to take part in an exciting new 40K trail - taking in all the magnificant sights of the 12K course, before heading out for further adventures on The Glamorgan Heritage Coast!
A whole afternoon of festivities will begin at 12pm when the 40K Rabbit Run gets underway, and with a Bunny Family Run, Toddler Dash and Double Bunny Run taking place from 3pm, before the The Rabbit Run begins at 4pm - the event is a great day out for running enthusiasts of all ages!
