Join the ranger team for a Family Fun Day to celebrate Insect Week! Join us all day for several insect themed activities. Meet outside the Visitor Centre to join the ranger team on a Minibeast Hunt! Roll up your sleeves, pull on your wellies and explore the muddy world inhabited by minibeasts. Based in our enchanting nature garden, this ranger-led hunt will get you up close to a range of creepy crawlies including worms, slugs, millipedes and beetles. All materials are provided. Activities will take place outside so please dress appropriately for the weather.

Our reading groups are relaxed affairs where we discuss the latest read and drink tea/coffee. All adults and reading tastes welcome! This reading group will take place every first Wednesday of the month, books are provided but recommendations are always welcome.
