Maesteg Golf Club offers the golf enthusiast a well maintained course of considerable character and maturity (Est. 1912).
Pyle and Kenfig Golf Course, affectionately known as ‘P & K’ with its lofty sand dunes hugging the South Wales coast of Porthcawl is situated in a wonderful stretch of golfing country.
Parc Slip Nature Reserve itself is an area of 300 acres containing a fantastic mix of habitats such as grassland, woodland and wetlands, restored from its previous status as an opencast coal mine.
The museum has a great many collections on offer, including the 49th Reconnaisance Regiment formed in 1941, Samtampa Disaster 1947, Railways, The Great War exhibition, archaeological finds and records from local churches.

Come join the Wales Ukulele Project on July 6th where we bring ukulele players from across South Wales to play a song or two. An eclectic range of songs from the 50's to modern day.
The Beach Academy would like to invite you to a Free Beach School at Restbay Beach in Porthcawl. It will take place between 10.30-12.00. Please wear sensible outdoor clothes and waterproof shoes. All welcome.
