Bat Box Workshop

Build your own bat box with the help of the Ranger team at Bryngarw Country Park. A bat box is a fantastic way to attract bats to your garden, giving them a helping hand by providing them with somewhere to roost overnight. Bats are extremely important to nature in the UK, and worldwide. These special flying mammals work hard catching insects and pollinating plants. Their numbers are declining though – you can help them by putting up bat boxes!
